How do you pronounce Audae Club?
It’s pronounced “A-day Club.” The name reflects that we’re all in the club seeking a-day in our life that’s not only elegant but also audaciously unforgettable. Welcome to the club!
What is Audae Club?
Audae Club offers exclusive secondhand luxury rentals featuring European and Australian designer dresses. Our commitment to elegance, sustainability, and quality ensures a seamless rental experience for your special a-day.
How do I contact customer support, and when are they available?
Our customer service team is available via email at hello@audaeclub.com. We aim to respond within 24 hours, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m.–6 p.m. EST. For urgent issues, please include "URGENT" in the subject line of your email.
Where is Audae Club located?
Audae Club operates entirely online and ships exclusively within the United States via UPS Express. Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping; orders under $150 will incur a flat-rate shipping fee calculated at checkout. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM EST. Orders placed after 1 PM EST will be processed the following business day.
What happens if my rental is delayed?
If your rental is delayed due to UPS or other circumstances, store credit may be issued at Audae Club’s discretion (minus postage costs). Please note that last-minute rentals (orders placed within 3 business days of the start date) are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

What is one of the things we love most about Audae?
One of the things we love most about Audae is our dedication to spotlighting smaller designers. We don't just carry well-known secondhand designer items. But we also showcase secondhand emerging brands. We're here to celebrate and appreciate the craftsmanship of every designer, big or small!
Can I rent accessories like bags or shoes?
Not yet, but we plan to introduce luxury bags and shoes in the future. Stay tuned!
Can I purchase items instead of renting?
Audae Club is primarily a rental platform, but we occasionally offer items for sale. Keep an eye out for updates in our merchandise section. We also have our own clothing line that will soon be available for purchase.
Rental Process
How does renting from Audae Club work?
Browse our collection, select your dress, choose your rental period, and complete your order. We'll ship the dress directly to your door. When your rental period ends (last date of reservation), return the dress using our reusable packaging.
How do I reserve a Rental?
Place an order through our Shopify-powered platform. Your rental is secured at checkout and once you verify your identity with your ID and place a card on file for incidentals. Rentals can be reserved up to six months in advance for 4 or 10-day periods.
When are orders processed?
Order's are processed 7 days before they are fulfilled and shipped for the rental reservation. Orders are process Monday through Friday from 9 AM-5PM EST. This does not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed on the weekend or a holiday will be processed on the next business day.
How long can I rent an item?
Rental periods typically range from 4 to 10 days.
Can I exchange the dress?
Exchanges can't be made due to reservation constraints. However, in extreme cases where we are at fault we will do our best to assist with an exchange.
What happens if I receive the wrong dress or a faulty item?
If you receive the wrong dress or an item that is deemed faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it and return it back to us asap with all tags and ribbons in tact! Once returned, we will assist with refunds or store credit based on the condition and elgibility of the dress.
Are all items always available to rent?
Our collection is highly curated, and availability is subject to demand. Rentals can be reserved up to six months in advance to ensure your desired item is secured. If an item is unavailable, you can sign up for alerts when it becomes available again.
What happens if I don’t return the item on time?
A late fee of 20% a day will be charged for each day it is late. If the item is not returned within 10 days of the agreed return date, you may be charged up to 100% of the item’s retail value and any rental fees.
What if I need my dress for longer than 10 days?
Extended rental periods are available upon request. Email us at hello@audaeclub.com with "Extended Rental Period" in the subject line. Additional fees apply.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your rental order up to 7 days before the dispatch date. After that, when the reservation start date is within 7 days to beginning, cancellations are eligible for store credit only, equal to the rental fee minus cancellation costs.
Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?
You may cancel your rental at no charge up to 7 days before your reservation start date. Cancellations made within 7 days are eligible for store credit minus applicable fees. Last-minute orders (placed within 3 business days of the start date) are not eligible for refunds or store credit.
Can I cancel after my order has been dispatched?
Once your order has been shipped or picked up, no refunds will be issued under any circumstance. However, if your return qualifies under our Unworn Return Policy, you may still receive store credit (excluding shipping and minus any cancellation fees, if applicable).
What is the cancellation policy?
You may cancel your rental at no charge up to 7 days before your reservation start date. Otherwise only store credit minus cancellation fees will be issued. Read our Cancellation Policy here.
Fraud Prevention & ID Verification
How does Audae Club prevent fraud?
To ensure the security of our community and prevent fraudulent activity, Audae Club requires ID verification and stores a card on file at checkout. This process helps us verify the identity of our customers and ensure that all rentals are returned on time.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
No deposit is required. However, if your rental is returned late, damaged, or not returned, your card on file will be charged. You will be notified by email before any charge is made. If the charge is unsuccessful, we will attempt to process it up to three times. If payment is still not received, your account will be referred to a debt collection agency.
Shipping
How is shipping handled?
We ship via UPS Express within the U.S. Rentals include a prepaid return label for hassle-free returns. Be sure to drop off your return or schedule a UPS pickup by 12 PM on the rental return date.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Audae Club only ships within the United States. However, we are in the process of expanding to offer international shipping in the future. Stay tuned for updates!
Return Process
How do I ship back my rental?
Use the unused resealable bag included in your packaging, along with the prepaid return label provided. Simply drop off your package at your nearest UPS location. Find your closest drop-off point here: [Insert UPS drop-off locator link https://www.ups.com/dropoff/.
When should I return my rental?
The return date is the last day of the rental reservation. Be sure to drop off your return or schedule a UPS pickup by 12 PM on the rental return date to guarantee we receive it on time. Returning the item on time ensures we can process your rental without any late fees.
Do I need to flip my dress inside out when returning it?
No, we kindly ask that you don't, in the case that you have an embellished dress. The delicate beads may intertwine putting the dress at risk during transit.
What if my items arrived in a cardboard box?
If your items arrive in a cardboard box, please ensure they are securely taped shut before shipping back. If you need any help, feel free to contact us at orders@audaeclub.com.
Can I return my rental late?
We strongly encourage you to return the items on time. We will charge a 20% late fee of the rental cost which will be held for each day it is late. For details regarding returning your rentals late, please refer to our terms & conditions.
What if my rental is returned late?
Late returns incur a fee of 20% of the rental price per day. If the item is not returned within 10 days of the agreed return date, you may be charged up to 100% of the item’s retail value, along with the incurred fees.
Do I need to clean the dress before returning it?
No, cleaning is included in the rental cost. Please do not attempt to clean items yourself, as this may result in additional charges for damage.
Payments, Pricing, & Refunds
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment platforms like AfterPay.
Can I use a discount code with my rental?
Yes, you can apply discount codes to your rental orders as long as the code is valid and the promotion terms are met. Please check for any exclusions or expiration dates before use.
When will I be charged for my rental?
If you pay by credit or debit card, you will be charged once we have begun fufilling your reservation. If you pay via Afterpay, your payment is processed immediately at checkout. Please note that Afterpay payments are non-refundable; cancellations will result in store credit only.
What happens if I don't return my rental on time?
A late fee of 20% per day will be charged for each day the item is late. If the item is not returned within 10 days of the agreed return date, you may be charged up to 100% of the item’s retail value and any rental fees.
All charges must be paid within 7 days of the billing notice. We will attempt the card vaulted up to 3 times. Failure to pay may result in escalation to a third-party collections agency.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The rental price includes cleaning and insurance. Additional fees for late returns, non-returned items or significant damage may apply.
How long does it take for a refund to be processed?
Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days after the item is returned and inspected. Please note that processing times may take a little longer during peak periods, such as holidays
Store Credit will be available immediately, and is valid for 2 years.
What qualifies for a refund?
Refunds are issued only if you cancel your rental at least 7 days before your reservation start date and paid using a credit or debit card. Afterpay payments are non-refundable; store credit will be provided. Once an order has shipped or been picked up, it is no longer eligible for a refund.
Quality, Care, & Cleaning
Are your rental items cleaned and sanitized?
All rental items are professionally dry-cleaned and inspected before being sent out. We work with trusted partners to ensure the highest level of care and hygiene.
Do I need to clean the dress before returning it?
No, we handle all cleaning with our trusted local dry cleaner. Simply return the dress as is.
Are the dresses new?
All items are pre-owned or consigned luxury dresses. Each piece is professionally cleaned and inspected to ensure it meets our high standards, though minor wear or imperfections may be present.
What happens if I damage the dress?
Minor damages or stains are covered up to $30. For more significant damage, loss, or theft, you may be responsible for replacement costs of up to 100% of the item’s second-hand sales price, if route package wasn't selected at checkout for protection.
Fit Guarantee
What happens if the dress doesn’t fit?
If the item doesn’t fit and the tags are intact, you can return it for store credit. Notify us immediately at orders@audaeclub.com to arrange for a replacement in rare cases or store credit.
How can I choose the right size?
We provide detailed size information for each item in standard US sizes, along with notes on fit. If you’re unsure, email us at hello@audaeclub.com for guidance.
Consigning with Audae Club
When will I receive my consignment payouts?
Audae Club processes consignor payouts twice per month: on the 15th and 30th.
Any rental returned and finalized before the upcoming payout date will be included in that cycle. Payments are deposited directly to your linked payout method through your customer portal.
What is the Audae Club Consignment Program?
Audae Club accepts luxury and contemporary event-wear pieces for rental. Once your item is approved, it enters a 90-day consignment period where you earn a percentage from every completed rental.
How long is the consignment period?
The consignment period is 90 days, beginning when your item is received and approved by Audae Club. After that ownership transfers to Audae, but you will still receive commission from every rental.
Can I request my item back?
Yes. During the 90-day consignment period.
Return shipping is the consignor’s responsibility. Items must be in the same condition they were originally submitted.
After 90 days, ownership automatically transfers to Audae Club and the item cannot be returned.
How much will I earn from my item?
Your earnings are based on Audae Club’s tiered commission system (A–D).
Payouts are calculated after cleaning, operational, and platform fees.
How long does the evaluation process take?
Once we receive your item, it will undergo a thorough inspection, which may take 5-10 business days. After the inspection, we will send you our final approval to proceed, or decline and ship it back to you.
Do I continue earning after ownership transfers?
Yes. Even after ownership transfers at 90 days, you continue earning commissions as long as the item remains active in our rental rotation.
No earnings are issued for final sale, donation, liquidation, or retirement.
Can I reject the tier determination?
Yes. If you disagree with the assigned tier or decide not to proceed with consignment, you have 90 Days from the date your item is approved to request your dress back. Return shipping costs are the consignor’s responsibility.
What items does Audae Club accept?
We prioritize luxury and contemporary event-wear with:
- European/Australian-inspired designs
- Elevated silhouettes
- Special-occasion relevance
- Quality materials
Fast-fashion brands are usually declined unless an item exceptionally fits our aesthetic.
What condition must my item be in?
Items must be:
- Clean and odor-free
- In excellent or very good condition
- Free from stains, damage, or missing embellishments
- Not heavily altered
Audae Club may decline or downgrade items based on condition or aesthetic alignment.
What happens if a renter damages my item?
Audae Club handles minor wear, cleaning, and basic repairs.
If major damage or loss occurs, Audae Club pursues reimbursement from the renter. Damage fees belong fully to Audae Club and are not paid to consignors.
Is Audae Club responsible for lost packages when mailing items in?
No. Audae Club is only responsible once the item is physically received and checked in.
We strongly recommend shipping with tracking and insurance.
How do I track my earnings and rentals?
Your consignor portal shows:
- Earnings
- Rental activity
- Payout history
- Item status
- Consignment timeline
Everything is fully transparent and updated in real time.
How do I submit an item to consign?

By submitting an item, you agree to all consignment policies.

How is Audae Club sustainable?
Our platform promotes the circular economy by extending the life of luxury dresses. We also use reusable shipping packaging to reduce waste. Additionally, we ask that customers return their garment bags, if not discarded, so we can properly recycle them and minimize our environmental footprint.
