Gift cards are available for purchase online and are delivered digitally via email. Audae Club gift cards are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. After the expiration date, unused balances will be voided and no longer redeemable. Please use your gift card within this time frame. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If your order total exceeds the gift card value, you may cover the difference using another payment method. Please treat your card like cash. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced. Store Credit Terms
Store credit is issued in the following scenarios:
- - Order cancellation within 7 days of the rental start date (minus cancellation fee).
- - Eligible returns under the Unworn Return Policy (tags & ribbon must be intact).
- - Fit issues (if reported within 24 hours and tags remain intact).
- - Delayed shipping on last-minute orders (credit only, not refund).
- - Afterpay purchases are only eligible for store credit.
Store credit:
- - Is issued via digital code sent to your email.
- - Expires 24 months from the date of issue.
- - May be used toward any rental or purchase on audaeclub.com.
- - Cannot be converted into cash or transferred to another customer.
Unused Store Credit or Gift Cards
Unused credit or gift cards will not be refunded. It is your responsibility to track and redeem balances before they expire or until fully used.
