Shipping Policy

At Audae Club, we’re committed to making sure your rentals and purchases arrive on time and in perfect condition. By placing an order through Audae Club, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below.

Domestic Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods

Audae Club partners with UPS (United Parcel Service) to handle all shipping and delivery. We ensure that your rentals or purchase orders are packaged and shipped via UPS using the service that best meets your delivery timeline.

  • UPS Ground: For most rentals and purchases, we use UPS Ground for standard delivery. Delivery times vary by location, typically taking between 3-7 business days within the United States.
  • UPS 2-Day Air: For customers who select expedited shipping, UPS 2-Day Air is available at checkout for quicker delivery. Orders placed with this option will arrive within 2 business days after dispatch.
  • UPS Next Day Air: For urgent rentals or purchases, UPS Next Day Air ensures your order arrives the next business day after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors such as weather delays, public holidays, and unforeseen circumstances.

All orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Florida.

Shipping costs for rental items are included in the rental price for orders over $200. If your order requires expedited shipping (e.g., UPS Next Day Air, for last-minute orders), you will be charged the additional shipping fee at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • UPS Ground: 3–7 business days (standard for most orders)
  • UPS 2-Day Air: 2 business days after dispatch
  • UPS Next Day Air: Next business day after dispatch
    Free standard shipping on orders over $200, unless needing expediting. 
    • Orders under $200 incur a flat $9 standard shipping fee.
    • Expedited options are available at checkout, calculated based on weight and location.
    • We currently ship only within the United States.

 2.  Shipping to PO Boxes & International Shipping Policy

Audae Club does not currently ship to PO Boxes.

At this time, Audae Club only ships within the United States. We are exploring options for international expansion, so please stay tuned for future updates. 

3. Processing & Dispatch

• Orders are processed Monday–Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM EST.
• Orders placed before 1 PM EST on business days are processed same-day.
• Orders placed after 1 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays are processed the next business day.

4. Rental Scheduling & Last-Minute Orders

• Rental orders must be placed at least 3 business days before your rental start date.
• Rental garments typically ship 2–3 business days before the selected start date.
• Orders placed within 3 business days of the rental start date are considered Last-Minute Rentals.
• Last-Minute Rentals are non-refundable.
• If a delay occurs due to UPS or unforeseen issues, store credit may be issued at Audae Club’s discretion (excluding shipping costs).

5. Return Shipping Instructions

All rental returns must be shipped using:
• The resealable return bag provided with your order
• The prepaid UPS return label enclosed in your shipment

You must drop off or schedule a UPS pickup before 12 PM on the final day of your rental.

Late, unreturned, or improperly returned items may result in late fees, replacement charges, and billing via Vaulted Card. See our Return, Rental Return & Refund Policy for full terms.
 

6. Shipping Address & Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. We strongly recommend verifying the shipping address before submitting your order.

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to request the correct shipping details and charge a reshipping fee.

7. Shipping Insurance & Route Package Protection

Rental items include insurance for minor damages up to $30. Damage exceeding this amount may result in additional charges. All purchased, not rented, items include standard shipping insurance, covering damage during transit.

We’ve added Route Package Protection at checkout for: Lost, stolen, or damaged packages in transit and Quick and easy claim processing.

If Route is not selected, Audae Club is not responsible for delivery issues once UPS has possession of the package. 

8. Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, Audae Club is not responsible for delays caused by UPS, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. Audae Club is not liable for delays caused by/such as:
• UPS or any third-party carrier
• Weather or natural disasters
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
• Missed delivery attempts
• Inadequate processing time before your rental start date

9. Remote Area Delivery

If your shipping address is in a lower-tier or remote UPS delivery zone, extra time may be required.
To avoid delay-related issues, we recommend selecting a 10-day rental for rural or hard-to-reach areas.
 

10. Lost, Damaged, or Unreturned Items

If a rental item is returned late, lost, or damaged:
• You will be billed via Stripe using the card on file.
• A breakdown of fees (late charges, repair/replacement costs) will be emailed.
• Unpaid balances may be referred to a collections agency.
Refunds and store credit will not be issued in these cases.
 

11. Shipping from Sellers to Audae Club

If you are sending an item to Audae Club for consignment::
• You will receive a prepaid UPS shipping label after your item passes the initial evaluation.
• Items must be securely packaged and shipped using the provided label.

• If your item does not pass second inspection we will ship it back to you, no expense.
• If you choose not to move forward with consignment, return shipping back to you will be at your expense, as it will fall within the 90-day consignment period.

• If you request your dress back at any point during the 90-day consignment period, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. 
• Any unauthorized or unapproved items sent to Audae Club will be disqualified and returned at the consignor's expense. 

12. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your shipment using the provided UPS tracking number via the UPS website or app. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to appear online.

 

If a rental is returned due to fit, not meeting expectations, etc., shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from eligible refunds in accordance with our Rental Return Policy.
