Accepted Payment Methods
We currently accept the following forms of payment:

- American Express
- Discover
- Shop Pay
- Shop Pay Installments (store credit only for returns)
Payment & Refund Policy
If paid by card:
- All Payments are processed immediately, reserving your reservation.
- Eligible for store credit or refund per Return Policy.
If paid with Shop Pay Installments:
- Your payment is processed immediately at checkout.
- Returns/cancellations will receive store credit only.
- Store credit will be issued minus applicable cancellation or shipping fees.
Card Vaulting
All customers must keep a valid credit/debit card on file for late returns, damaged or unreturned items.
Identity Verification
- A valid government-issued photo ID is required at checkout.
- The name on the ID must match the name on the reservation.
