Rental Cancellation Policy
At Audae Club, we understand that plans can shift. Our cancellation policy is designed to offer flexibility while respecting the preparation, fulfillment, and limited inventory involved in each rental. By placing a rental order with Audae Club, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. How to Cancel Your Rental
To cancel your order, please email orders@audaeclub.com with your full name, order number, and cancellation request. The timestamp of your email will determine eligibility for a refund or store credit.
2. Standard Cancellations (More than 7 Days in Advance)
You may cancel your rental at no charge up to 7 days before your reservation start date. If canceled within this timeframe:
- No cancellation fee applies.
- If you paid by card, you will be refunded.
- If you paid via Shop Pay Installments, you will receive store credit only, valid for 24 months, minus applicable fees.
3. Late Cancellations (Within 7 Days of Rental Start Date)
Cancellations made within 7 days of your rental start date are not eligible for a refund.
Instead, you will receive store credit (valid for 24 months), minus a cancellation fee:
- $30 cancellation fee for rentals under $150
- $60 cancellation fee for rentals $150 or more
If you paid via ShopPay Installments, the cancellation fee will be deducted before store credit is issued. ShopPay Installments orders are not eligible for refunds, only store credit applies.
4. Cancellations After Dispatch
Once your order has been shipped or picked up, no refunds will be issued under any circumstance.
However, if your return qualifies under our Unworn Return Policy (see Return, Rental Return & Refund Policy), you may still receive store credit (excluding shipping, and minus applicable cancellation fees).
5. Discounted or Promotional Items
If a discounted item is priced below the applicable cancellation fee, it is not eligible for cancellation or credit, as the cancellation fee would exceed the item’s value.
6. Audae Club–Initiated Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel a rental order at any time due to:
- Damage or unavailability caused by a late return
- An item being withdrawn from inventory
- Fraud detection or ID verification issues
- Payment or card authorization failure
In such cases, you will have the option of:
- A full refund
- Store credit
- Selecting an alternative available item
7. Payment Processing & Billing
- If you pay by card, you will be charged immediately to reserve your rental reservation.
- If you pay via ShopPay Installments, your payment is processed immediately at checkout, and any cancellation will result in store credit only.
8. Deposit Authorization, Card on File & ID Verification
To protect both you and The Club, Audae Club reserves the right to:
- We will request a government-issued ID verification at checkout (this is required).
- Retain a card on file to charge for any damages, late fees, cancellations, or non-returned items (this is required).
- A security deposit will sometimes be required, in rare occasions.
Failure to complete ID verification or Card Vaulting may result in cancellation of your order.
9. Failure to Pay Outstanding Charges
If you incur any fees due to cancellation, damage, late return, or non-return:
- You will receive a bill via our Stripe billing platform.

If your card on file fails to process after three attempts, you will have a maximum of 7 days from the date of the first invoice to complete the payment.
- If unpaid, your account may be escalated to a third-party collections agency.
