All rental items must be returned on the last day of your rental period. A 20% late fee per day applies. If the item is not returned within 10 days of the return date, the full retail value will be charged. Unpaid balances may be sent to collections.

We understand that accidents happen — that’s why each rental includes complimentary insurance covering up to $30 in minor damage or cleaning. Please do not attempt to clean the dress yourself — we’ll handle all care and cleaning upon return. Read more in our Return & Refund Policy.
The first day you select is the day your rental arrives, and the last day is when you must drop it off at UPS or schedule a pickup by 12 PM using the prepaid return label.
Late returns will incur a 20% per-day fee. Once 10 days late, will be charged for secondhand retail value of the dress, in addition to incurred cost.
Cancellations will incur a fee once the rental reservation is within 7 days of starting. Refer to our cancellation policy.
Route Package Protection is automatically applied to all orders to protect your shipment against loss, theft, or damage in transit.
If your package experiences any issues while en route, Route will handle your claim directly for fast resolution.
